Requests for Prayer by the Writers of Scripture

Romans 15:30-31 Now I beg you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ, and by the love of the Spirit, that you strive together with me in your prayers to God for me, that I may be delivered from those who are disobedient in Judea, and that my service which I have for Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints

2 Corinthians 1:11 You also helping together on our behalf by your supplication; that, for the gift given to us by means of many, thanks may be given by many persons on your behalf.

Ephesians 6:19-20 On my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in opening my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the Good News, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

Colossians 4:3-4 praying together for us also, that God may open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds; that I may reveal it as I ought to speak.

Philemon 1:19 I, Paul, write this with my own hand: I will repay it (not to mention to you that you owe to me even your own self besides).

1 Thessalonians 5:25 Brothers, pray for us.

2 Thessalonians 3:1-2 Finally, brothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may spread rapidly and be glorified, even as also with you; and that we may be delivered from unreasonable and evil men; for not all have faith.

Philemon 1:22 Also, prepare a guest room for me, for I hope that through your prayers I will be restored to you.

Hebrews 13:18-19 Pray for us, for we are persuaded that we have a good conscience, desiring to live honorably in all things. I strongly urge you to do this, that I may be restored to you sooner.
