The Pinnacle of my Writings

As explained in A Single Sentence and Breakthrough in Creativity, I pour enormous effort into all my writings. I detest excess words but obsess about giving you the best I am capable of, both in readability and information. Brevity comes easily when addressing those who are already convinced, but they have little need of me. I ache for those who need much convincing.

My book Waiting for your Ministry stands out, however, because it was intensively written over many years while I myself was waiting for a ministry. The torturously long wait was frustrating to the extreme but I now see all those years as God’s special gift because they allowed me much time that I diligently used to distill what I was writing and fill it with humor, wit, beauty and pertinent information. Since then, as much as I can, I refine and refine and refine what I write but the time pressures of ministry keep me from adding as much humor and polish as I would like.
